TMA NOW Event am Vorabend der 18. TMA Jahrestagung 2024

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

wir luden Sie sehr herzlich ein, an unserem TMA NOW-Event am Abend vor der TMA-Jahrestagung, am 13. November 2024, teilzunehmen.

Das Event fand um 18 Uhr (bis 21 Uhr), im Spiegelsaal des Hotels FALKENSTEIN GRAND, Debusweg 6–18, 61462 Königstein im Taunus, statt.

Damen und Herren hießen wir anlässlich der TMA-Jahrestagung an diesem Abend herzlich willkommen.

From leading pivotal restructuring efforts to spearheading global risk management, Dr. Eßer’s career has been marked by a steadfast commitment to excellence in the automotive industry. As the Executive Vice President of Purchasing at Volkswagen de México, S. A., she has been instrumental in driving strategic procurement initiatives, contributing significantly to the company's operational success. In her new rule, she is responsible for a strategic project beyond purchasing, influencing the whole Volkswagen Group.

Dr. Eßer’s journey with Volkswagen began in 2008, where she held various leadership roles within Purchasing at Volkswagen AG. Notably, from 2017 to 2021, she served as the Head of Restructuring and Bid Rigging Cartels, where she navigated complex challenges with finesse and precision. Prior to this, her tenure as Head of Restructuring from 2008 to 2017 laid the groundwork for her expertise in organisational transformation within the automotive sector.

Prior to joining Volkswagen, Dr. Eßer was with a consultant in Audi’s insolvency management practice.

Academically, she holds 1^st and 2^nd state examination in law from the prestigious Universität Bielefeld and the University of Edinburgh.

Throughout my career, I've remained dedicated to driving sustainable practices and mitigating risks on a global scale, positioning myself as a trusted leader in the automotive procurement landscape.
