Jörg Eschmann is Senior Partner at Roland Berger and responsible for M&A and Financial Advisory. With his team he is providing independent global investment banking services focusing on the execution of sell-side and buy-side transactions as well as financial advisory, mainly in special situations, growth or refinancing phases, turnarounds, carve-outs, liquidity crises or insolvency proceedings. He started his career 1994 in principal investing as Head of Controlling at an industrial investment holding. Jörg Eschmann holds a PhD in Business Administration as well as a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
